Water! Drink lots of water! That and moisturizer. Do that especially when you get out of the shower. Moisturizing within the first few minutes of getting out of the shower helps lock in moisture in your skin.
What REALLY works for me as well is seaweed-base soap (for your body - use facial wash for face) and moisturizer. For moisturizer, Jergens, Dove, Avon, Bath and Body Works, and Lubriderm have their own version. I like Jergens and Dove. For the soap, I go to China town (here in Chicago). I think you can also buy the soap online and it's inexpensive. It's called "Aoquili." There are other brands too, like Bath and Body Works and Dove.

Use oil, drink water, take baths and showers and spend a lot of time like rubbing it and put cream on your skin and your skin will be so soft you won't even be able to imadgine!!!

Use baby oil bofore you dry off from a shower. It locks in moisture while the cuticle of your skin is still opened!

try using BERTS BEES facial cleanser and its toner white the lavender spray (mist) moisturizer. it works really good. its like $30 for it all.
