If your happy for him, let him be happy. If you make a big deal about it, you'll have lost a girl and a friend. Let their relationship take its course, you'll find someone else and soon!

Did he know you were planning on asking the girl out?

If he did, then he's a bad friend. Drop him before you drop the subject (unless it's really not that big of a deal to you ~ in which case make sure you let him know it bothered you, not in like a fighting way, to get it off your chest and then drop it).

If he didn't know, then it's all fair game.

You should have told him that you wanted her. Friends have to communicate. Well now it's too late and the best thing to do is be happy for him and forget about it.

If he was your real friend, he wouldnt have taken a girl you planned on asking out. It would have made me mad because I had a friend that did the same thing.. well kind of, she actually took the guys from me when I was dating them, but I'd be upset. A real friend doesnt do that to you

What's the question???? If you are feel happy for him, what is it that you think you have to forget?? Single people are up for "grabs" - you lost the race to this girl's side - learn your lesson and move on.

It depends did you tell your friend that you like this girl and was going to ask her out.If you didn't there is not much you can do but be happy for your friend. If you did tell your friend steal her back.

If your friend KNEW, clearly, that you were about to ask her out, then he's no friend!!! If you were vague and hadn't talked to him about it, well, he's no mind reader. If that's the case, wish him well, and find another girl! Apparently, he found her attractive, too! If it happens again, then a 'red flag' should go up!!

You're doing the right thing right now. Just be happy for your friend and don't interfere, BUT if things don't work out between them, be the first to swoop in there and ask her out! :)

You sound like a great guy, and friend....with your attitude you won't need to worry about finding another girl....let him have her. I'm gonna bet there's someone better out there for you.

tell your friend how you feel and most importantly tell the girl too.....you could try and get there before your friend but its probably most likely that you wont .......ask the girl if this is ok and is she comfortable with the sitution that the two of them would like to date her......
