beer and tuna sandwiches on fresh 7 grain bread. yeh, mayo and sweet pickles cubes and some abian to help fall in for the sleep thing. may take several ambian tonight with my limictal. hey, when you get to my condition, keeping fit and living forever loses it allure, you young dudes keeping on boogieing. we all do the same thing generation. you lose that wild eyed joy of Santa Claus and new puppies like a little kid or, for that matter, a little puppy. my young horse and my little goat use to just run all around kicking up their heels and letting loose nothing but pure joy. it doesn't last long enough. so people diddle with boose and drugs. reach middle age crazy and turn up the flame, get weaker and settled down to the reality of know the party is over. then then no telling. altruistic endeavors? a bullet in the head. kooky wards. old sucks.

When I think of comfort food, I think of cornbread. Good old fashioned corn bread made my way. Corn meal and corn flour only (no wheat). Sweetened with pure maple syrup. Fresh out of the oven with plenty of butter. Maybe some beans and kale with it. Mmmmm...
