Seriously I was so nervous. I didn't know what to do and I didn't want to ask for his help because I didn't want to look stupid. so I just did something for a few minutes and got off. What do I do when I'm on top?

I had this problem for awhile too. When you are on top make sure that he is lying down flat when you first straddle him. Sometimes it helps for a deeper penetration if he sets up on his hands for a few seconds as you adjust. Then he can lay back down. Make sure that you are sitting up, maybe even leaning back a little. And yes, bounce up and down (actually more like rocking, swaying your hips back and forth) but also as you bounce make sure that the thrusts are all the way in and that you come to the tip every time. This makes it more pleasurable for him but is a little more work for you. Guys seem to like it if they can cup your breasts as you do this. Make sure that your vaginal area is not pressing his penius down. You want to make sure that he stays up... erect. Once you get use to this feel comfortable to lean farther backwards and once you get tired and worn out lean all the way back and pull him with you on top of you.
PS. I know that your question about foster care was resolved but I had something I wanted to add. I was in foster care and in order to get out of the home the day that you turn 18 you need to sit down with your foster parents and your social worker in advance and make prior arrangements. This gives the foster parents time and it helps you out in the long run. I know this from personal experience. And also remember that going out on your own is a lot more difficult than what we imagine so make sure that you are making the best decision for your life. Have a solid road to travel. I hope that your foster family has been good to you. Mine was not. I found my biological family once I turned 18 and am currently living with my oldest brother. Show the world what YOU are made of. Bounce. Just bounce up and down while you are on his...you know. You can either do this facing him, or just lie on top of him, put his...you know into your...thing...and then just go up and down by thrusting your waist.
