My cousin past a month ago I moved down to Alabama with her in May of last year and a month ago she got into a car accident and past away now it feels so weird being here because we was just riding in a car down here almost a year ago what would you do to occupy your time I have no other friends down here.

Well, first thing's first. You are responsible for your own lack of friends. After all, making friends is work. That means stepping out of your comfort zone, and finding activities that attract people who think the way you do.

there is no set time. my friend died 5 years ago and i still have a hard time with it. he died dec 11 and every year i do something special to celebrate his life.
