Ok, I know this isn't a question, but I would like to encourage myself. I have tried to "diet" but I've realized that I can't diet forever, so I'm going to change my way of life. I will eat a lot more vegies/fruits, green tea, and water. I will also increase my exercise, by walking a hour everyday or more. If I have a bad day, I will keep ON going and NOT give up, because I know I can do this. -thx

Good for you! You go girl! Part of being fit is eating healthy, be sure to have a good breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner. Snacks in-between should be healthy, yogurts, fruits, veggies, healthy snack bars-be careful with these because some are like candy bars! Stay within 1200-1500 calories for weight loss and watch your fat grams try to not go over 40-50.
The exercise will help alot and I mean alot! If you can burn more calories than you take in then you'll lose weight and be fit and healthy too.
Try to eat right, exercise, but also try to NOT focus on these and have a life. This will become part of your lifestyle, not your whole life, does this make sense? You'll start feeling better emotionally and physically, you're right, you can do it!!

You rock Sister! I'm doing the same thing. Well, I'm on a low carb diet and have been excercising a lot. I have only been on it for 3 weeks and I've lost 8 pounds and atleast an inch off my waste line. You know what I say to myself when I want to cheat and eat bad, "It's just food." Who cares if eat it or not? It won't affect my life in any possitive way if I go through with it. I know that's cheesy but I'm SOOO motivated! Good luck!

You have the right attitude. Heathly eating is a way of life. Keep eating healthy and going for walks, you will feel better about yourself, and have more energy.
