I wake up with headaches and they start from my shoulders up my kneck and like a mohawk on my head. i take excedrin migrain to help out its gone on like maybe twice a week. Now my family is visiting and I havent saw them for like 11 years and I been worried about entertaining them and money and such so can stress cause headaches too.

stress can cause any type of physical ailment,head aches, emotional break downs ,anger,hypertension, strokes, heart attacks,hives ,just about anything you can think of,or even depression , but if you have fell , car accident, or hurt in any way, you may have a pinched nerve in the neck or back, the best thing and most important thing is go to the doctor ,you must get check out, your body is sending you a message some thing is wrong,

Most likely from your eating habits. Do you have a consistent amount of sugar of caffeine you take in that you shouldn't, or fail to take in that you should during these days?... It also could just be overworking, if your brain has to form too many new connections at once, it can start causing pain (this too, for the most part, can be fixed with eating, in theory)...

I am willing to bet your neck is hurting from stress. You may be tensing up your shoulders and not even know it. You should consider purchasing a cervical pillow from a chiropractor or online.
