Is a sandwich that's been in the fridge for a week still good?
There's no mold on the bread or anything. It looks fine.

a week-meaning 5, 7 or 10 days? If there's any meat/fish on it, no good after about 3 days, less if it's half eaten. It's just a sandwich, man, throw it away and make some oatmeal or something.

I try not to leave leftovers for more than 3 days. And then it's usually stuff that I reheat. After 7 days, the sandwich is probably not safe to eat, or it's just plain unappetizing.

Generally anything prepared should be discarded after 5 days.
