Yes you have to measure and it gets boring fast! But the strawberry cereal is my fave!

My mom is a dietitian and she says that eating that diet (a non-sugary cereal for two meals and a sensible dinner) will work on any healthy cereal because it just isn't eating many calories, so by default you will lose weight.
You could probably get out of strict measuring, but it would be harder. The easiest thing to do might be to find a bowl that only holds the amount you want to eat, whether that be half a cup, or a whole cup or whatever, and always use that bowl. That way you could just pour until the bowl's full.

hiya, good i'm doing the slender-rapid nutrition, here's what i do... 10:00 am: one million cup particular okay cereal, two/three cup skim milk, one million cup strawberries 12:00 pm: slender rapid snack bar two:00 pm: one million cup particular okay cereal, two/three cup skim milk, one million cup strawberries four:00 pm: slender rapid snack bar... 6:00 pm: lean delicacies dinner , salad with two tbsp of sunshine dressng... 10:00 pm: one million/two cup strawberries and one million bannana... endeavor: 20 mins an afternoon external running! in the event you just do this i guarentee you're going to no longer be hungry it shall fill you up...... i've been in this nutrition two day......s ~~~~~~edit~~~~~~ all people is pronouncing you'll consume any cereal you desire like coco puffs or something no this isn't precise particular okay cereal does not have the entire sugar and matters in it...... yeah, they'll all be a hundred and fifty-2 hundred energy in all cereals however the sugars and different matters which can be in it make it extra honestly and makeyou obtain weight...

Yes it does work, but you do have to measure...remember everything in moderation, portion control, drink pleanty of water and excersize at least 3x a week for 30 minutes.

never tried it, but diets dont work .just eat smaller meals, eat in moderation,some potato chips not the whole bag.only eat when hungry.i bet you will gain the weight back cause your hungry on the k diet.
