I seriously think it's time to prioritize things in your life.

So far, you have SO many things to do in one day, that you have three hours of sleep in which to rest. I'm certain that a lot of that is with tossing and turning, as your mind is still racing, trying to absorb everything that happened during the day, as well as trying to sort things out for the day ahead.

Take a day or two off from these activities, and decide which ones are indeed the most important. If this is because of working more than one job, or several different shifts at one job, consider talking with the scheduling manager to give you a little more time off. If you think you can't do that because of bills needed to be paid, try putting yourself on a budget.

If it's something a little more trivial, such as just going out with friends, or maybe a video game addiction, it's best to put those things aside. You may not think that's the easiest way out... But simple actions can prove to be very effective. Let's say you have that video game addiction. Starting today, unplug the game system from your tv, take the plugs out of the system, and pack it all away on the top shelf of a closet, somewhere it won't be tempting you. The next time that you play it, you're going to have to go through all that trouble of putting it back together. Once you're done with your gaming the next time, you pull it all apart again, and put it back on the shelf. Soon, it will be such a pain, that you won't want to look at it for a good long while.

All those little things add up, both in time and money!

Have you tried polyphasic sleep? You basically break your three hours into six 30-minute long intervals, once every four hours. For example 2:00, 6:00, and 10:00 AM and 2:00, 6:00, and 10:00 PM. It takes two or three weeks for your body to adapt - the body learns to go into REM very quickly.

However, polyphasic sleep requires tremendous discipline and punctuality. If you miss or delay a sleep interval, then your body could crash.

Dont take any pills, or do any drugs. it isnt safe with only three hours of sleep. you really should sleep more. did you know that if you dont sleep one night, you cannot make up for it the next night? your body needs sleep, because this is when your body repairs itself and 'fine tunes' itself.

you need sleep just like you need air. the best hours to sleep are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. you do need sleep but you don't need drugs.

You have so much to do?

Cancel all that crap and get some sleep. If you don't your health will pay. Is doing all that stuff worth shortening your life?
