Try the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Also, rubbing alcohol will take sharpie off. I have also seen a Board Dr. sold by Expo, the same people that make many dry erase products.

Yes! If you write OVER the non-white board marker with a white board marker then erase it, it will come right off!

Get the expo white board cleaner (office Depot, office Mx, etc.) and spray and whipe down with paper towel. Or Mr. Clean Magic eraser get lmost everything off every surface (Jewel, Walgreens, etc. cheap too)! Don't use rubbing alcohol it could damage he board!
Good luck! happy cleaning!

GOOF OFF will probably do it. They sell it at Home Depot. Ask the clerk, becasue maybe GOOF OFF 2 would be safer since you don't want to damage the board surface.

try scraping it off with your fingernail and if that doesn't work try diluting a little bit of fingernail polish remover with some water and apply with cotton. Be careful with the polish remover it could take off the glossy finish of the white board.
