im 52 yrs old and im already a menopouse but earlier today i had a spot but its from my ***.is it might be a cancer

The most likely cause is either hemorrhoids, but with any blood it's routinely recommended to have it evaluated further to make sure it's not cancer. Screening colonoscopy is recommended starting at age 50 anyway, but with some blood you should definitely see your doctor for a physical exam and then colonoscopy. I hope it's something simple, but make sure you see your doctor soon.
