Despite what some people will tell you, the Bible does NOT condemn homosexuals and does NOT consider homosexual sex a sin.
The passages in Leviticus (18:22 and 20:13), understood IN THE CONTEXT of the time and place, are not an admonishment against loving sexual relationships between people of the same sex but instead against sex as a form of domination and control. Besides, these passages are part of the Holiness Code which is not binding to modern day Christians (or anyone else for that matter).
The story of Sodom and Gomorrah was a warning against rape, inhospitality and xenophobia. The reason for Sodom's destruction is made clear in Ezekiel 16:48-50. According to Ezekiel, the sins of Sodom were pride, laziness, being inhospitable, neglecting the needs of the poor, greed, and idolatry (the worshiping of idols). Nothing about homosexuality is mentioned. If Jude 1:7 describes anything about the sexual immorality and perversion in Sodom and Gomorrah, it's describing RAPE.
1 Corinthians 6:9 was a mistranslation of the word "malakee". It's used elsewhere in the Bible to mean someone who lacks discipline or one who is morally weak, and never is it used in reference to sexuality or gender.
1 Timothy 1:9-10? Also a mistranslation. 1 Timothy was an admonishment against male prostitution, not committed, loving same sex relationships.
The words "physin" and "paraphysin" in Romans 1:26-27 have also been mistranslated. Contrary to popular belief, the word "paraphysin" does not mean "to go against the laws of nature", but rather implies action which is uncharacteristic for that particular person. An example of the word "paraphysin" is used in Romans 11:24, where God acts in an uncharacteristic (paraphysin) way to accept the Gentiles. When the scripture is understood correctly, it implies that it would be unnatural for heterosexuals to live as homosexuals and for homosexuals to live as heterosexuals.

From all the talk over the years, pastors would have us believe that the biggest sin mentioned in the Bible is homosexuality, but in the same listing of sins that will keep one from entering heaven are the heterosexual sins which are in greater number than homosexuality. Fornication is common today for all ages of heterosexuals, drunkedness, adultery, and even masturbation is mentioned. So why single out homosexuality when there is so much heterosexuals must answer for their own sins, or as Jesus said, "And why do you look at the speck that is in your brothers eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?"
Notice Jesus never said a word about homosexuality. Until one understands what happened that causesd those comments in the OT, homosexuality and the Bible will not be fully understood. Chat with a Bible Scholar someday and better understand how twisted things have become out of misunderstanding.

Already you can see the skeptics on this question. Some of them answered the question correct, giving such locations as Levitical law, Sodom and Gomorrah, Romans 1:26-27, and also Corinthians. Great answers and also correct. The bible does mention that homosexuality is a sin, even more than that its an abomination, something that GOD utterly hates. You'll also notice, even though its a joke and has been used many times, but its Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve. Either a joke or not, its so true. The bible does condemn such acts, and also, Jesus would love a homosexual, but rebuke them. At the day of judgement, GOD will justly judge them for their wicked acts, being it is that they are unsaved, i hope this helped. Great references guys.

1 Corinthians 6:9 (Whole Chapter)
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders
and there's more....
the contention, I believe is that in several versions of the bible, you will not get the actual word "homosexual". You may find words like "man who lies with a man" or "sexually immoral" or "fornicator". They all can mean the same thing.... that is, if you are not in a monogamous relationship with your wife (or in the case of the old testament - bonded relationship with all your wives) then you are a fornicator. It's very explicit that a man and a woman be together exclusively... so it would follow that a man and man or a woman and a woman would be immoral or fornicators, or adulterers, or homosexual.
per your additional details
if they repent and turn from their sin, then yes, they are saved. :)

God's first command in Genesis was to be fruitful and multiply. Paul often wrote about this, and many of the answers are below. Jesus said in Matthew 19:4-6 that God's plan is for a man and a woman to leave their families and join together. I do not see how anyone can infer that it is natural for two men to leave and join together.

1 Corinthians 6: 9 & 10; "What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men, 10Â nor thieves, nor greedy persons, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit God’s kingdom."
1 Timothy 1: 8-10: " Now we know that the Law is fine provided one handles it lawfully 9Â in the knowledge of this fact, that law is promulgated, not for a righteous man, but for persons lawless and unruly, ungodly and sinners, lacking loving-kindness, and profane, murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, manslayers, 10Â fornicators, men who lie with males, kidnappers, liars, false swearers, and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching"

Sodom and Gomorrah. Leviticus.
Can you provide a quote saying that it isn't a sin?
The answer above mine is a copy and paste answer from some kind of gay or atheist website. The person is an atheist in his or her 20's. No offense, but not hardly a bible scholar or any kind of authority on the Jewish or Christian religion.
Anyone can twist the Bible to suit their own agenda. That's why the Bible itself warns that it's not up to an individual's interpretation but that only the leadership of the Church founded by Jesus has the authority to interpret it authentically.
You can choose to take the word of a non-believer in their 20's speaking on their own authority or you can trust the 2,000 years of constant teaching of the Church founded by Jesus.
Saint Paul warns us against sexual immorality and specifically condemns homosexual sex.
Jesus reaffirmed that marriage is between a man and a woman.
Edit:
They can be saved by Jesus only if they admit to it being a sin and repent (turn away from it). If they repent, it's just like asking God for forgiveness for any other sin.
The only unforgivable sin is the one that people refuse to acknowledge as a sin and repent from. This is what it means to sin against the Holy Spirit.

"You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination." (Leviticus 18:22)
See also Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-28; also I Corinthians 6:9-11 and I Timothy 1:9,10
As for the rationalizations of Zero Cool above, these assertions are simply not true. The passages in Leviticus mean exactly what they say. You may as well rationalize the same thing about the next passage that forbids bestiality and say as long as it is a loving relationship with your dog or horse, then it is OK. As for Romans, read the passage for yourself. As for attempts to alter the meaning of the Greek word in I Corinthians and I Timothy, they can not show one major translation that does not translate the word "homosexual".
This gets to the root of the problem - God doesn't forgive and deliver from "alternate lifestyles", God forgives and delivers from sin. "If we "confess" (Greek word, homologeo = say the same thing), our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (I John 1:9)

Check leviticus chapter 18:22 "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.
Chapter 18 is just a part of the instruction to the sons of Israel given by God through Moses after their escape from Egypt.
