My friends boyfriend kissed her on the bus when we were coming back from a fieldtrip. He's nice to me sometimes but not all the time. Im on his ignore list for a game we play. But when I call him on the phone he's super sweet and nice. Does he like me or not?

that's not enough to go on. i would assume he's a nice guy doing his thing. being nice to someone doesn't mean they 'like' someone - they are simply being friendly.
