ok heres the scoop i've liked this guy named amir for so long and i really like him like i said since 5th grade. I've triied gettin his attention ... nothing worked ! i will never change myself but i'm crazy for him i think about him all the time! i've triied everything to get him out but nothing i've gotten a hobby, A dog, everything but nothing ! grrrrrr i can't believe this you'd think after my EX - BF who sleft with my two best friends ... you'd think i'd be out of the dating thing for good but ... amirs not like him he doesn't try to trick me to get in my pants ( o yan were good friends ) and i feel super safe when i'm around him ... i really don't know what to do anymore and he has told me that he never wanted to get close cause he always hurts people he cares about ... WAT THE HECK DOES THA MEAN ? god boys are confusing !

Get used to it. I still love a girl from the 5th grade. I never felt like that before, but have a couple of times since then. And I'm still confused. BTW I'm 56 with kids and grandkids. It makes for a really interesting life indeed...

I agree boys are confusing. But i think that you should sit down and talk to him about what he means then ask him if he likes you then tell him how you fell about him and around him. Don't try to get his attention cause that probably won't work. But atleast try to be his friend and see if he likes you. And if not well then i'm really sorry but you guys can probably become friends. It's better then nothing. I hope this workes out for you.

If you want him as bad as you do, you should try to become good friends with him. From there you can see if the both of you can be more than friends. I also think that you should go ahead and tell him how you feel since you've been in love with him since 5th grade.

hah. i went through this.
so i finally just wanted to break down and tell him because if something happend i would never be able to let myself live with out telling him. so i finally told him how i felt. he said yeh i could tell, and i'm pretty sure i love you the same way. we dated for a while but, it turned out that he was more of my best friend. just, take a chance and maybe he will feel the same way as well. don't be scared. you will feel much better when you tell him.
