No, but it tells her a lot about you and what you like.

I'd ask her if she has been wanting to see something specific & if she doesn't know. Then give some suggestions and watch her responses.

i think it says more about the person than the relationship. I love comedies, and will pick them over scary any time, even with a guy i want to date

unless you both really look into it i don't think so, i see every type of movie with my girlfriend as long as we want to see it
