well im not a guy but i say that some guys have no self respect or respect in woman. they think that the can just touch u when they want. but they do that because for some reason guys are amused with butts and they like to touch but usually never get conequnces. if they do to u, u cant report it as sexual harrassment or just kick em in the face. hope that answers u. :-)

It makes you blush. That's evidence that it works. It's probably a subconscious thing that is passed on genetically through the centuries and/or millenniums. I have a hard time putting into words why it is done but it makes perfect sense intuitively and emotionally to me, I'm merely having a hard time articulating and understanding intellectually why it makes sense. I think it's a kind of cute way of being sexual and intimate without actually wanting to initiate sex. It's kinda like a cross between a friendly peck on the cheek as the person goes out the door to work and a serious sexual come-on like grabbing a woman and making out with her and grabbing her *** or fondling her breasts as a prelude to sex. It's also kinda like a way of saying "Hey babe! How you doin?" or "You go get 'em girl!" I hope this helps :)

because they are disrespectfull, and only see women as ojects there for their entertainment, i dont mean all men, but the jordy type in a pub that go up to women and slap their bums without it being initiated, or in a relationship with them, however if your at home with your partner, then i think its ok cause the concent is there, and you can do it back lol!
ps: women do it to, a girl in my 6thform slapped me on the bum the other day. i wonder why some women do it ???

because they think they can, I think that aside from the fact that they may just like butts, I think it gives some of them a sense of control, or the abilitiy to say "that's mine"
