Hi,
I recently looked over my credit report, and i see i have alot of "Hard" inquiries. I am aware that these knock down a score, but as time passes, and they disappear (as experian says they remain on there til a certain date) Will my credit score go up?

Hard inquiries mean less to your scores around 6 months and generally at one year they mean nothing to your scores.

You won't see a large impact all at one time, such as 3 or 7 point raise. You would probably just see tiny increases in your scores as the inquiries age.

As far as how lenders look at the scores, the credit card lenders "may" pay no attention to scores that are one year or older. Other lenders such as mortgage, vehicle etc., "may" factor in those old scores.

If the "hard" inquiries are there it never helps, but it doesn't neccesarily hurt. If you keep building credit even if those are there it doesn't really matter unless you are applying for something big like a home loan, or small business loan, etc. For getting the payment plan at your local retailer to purchase a new TV it shouldn't really matter. It is especially important to keep them to a minimum when applying for a home mortgage since you will most likely have competing lenders, each one of them eying your credit closely. Take my advice with a grain of salt though, because my knowledge in this subject is limited.

comfortable inquiries inclusive of checking your individual credit, have not any impression on your score. demanding inquiries generated by means of recent credit purposes will ding your score a pair factors. yet your score rebounds immediately. human beings overreact to the impression of an inquiry on your score. whether you have dissimilar demanding inquiries interior a short era, the decrease to your score isn't huge. You get became down because of the fact curiously you're taking over too many new lines of credit, not with the aid of decrease on your score.

It should... inquiries only remain for 2 years. 10% of your FICO score is determined by "search for new credit" which includes:
- How many accounts you've applied for recently
- How many new accounts you've opened
- How much time has passed since you applied for credit
- How much time has passed since you opened an account

Inquiries account for about 10% of your total score.....depending on the rest of your credit profile... ...so while the answer is yes..it probably wont be dramatic...
