I dyed my hair a week ago. I went from medium blonde to a light neutral brown, only it has a grey tint to it that I did not expect. My hair looks and feels ok even though I have some split ends... is it too soon to redye it? Perhaps a little lighter with gold tones? And what hair dye would you recommend?

you color you put on your hair was probly a cool color instead of a warm. i would suggest going to a salon to have it fixed. playing with tones and fixing a color gone bad can go from bad to worse when done at home. im a hairdresser and ive seen a lot of messed up heads from trying to fix a bad dye job at home.

I suggest consulting a trusted hair stylist... however when you dye your hair too often you hair will tend to dry out and feel like wires and you will get split ends like crazy. You may want to wait another week to re-dye your hair just in case... maybe get a haircut after you dye your hair again to get rid of the split ends.

you should always wait at least 3 weeks before dieing your hair again, it is bad for your hair and depending on the condition of your hair it could dry out alot. If you have a sensitive scalp it could also cause irritation

Feria fades quickly on my hair
Garnier is a little harsh
ColorSilk by Revlon is what ive been using lately and it seems to look fine, and the color lasts longer, and its not too expensive

Hope this helps

Color does not lift color. I would suggest going to a salon to have a corrective color done. It's grey on the ends because It's grabbing the base color of the neutral brown. Your hair is over processed and it will only get worse if you do it yourself.

You should wait at least two weeks before dying your hair again. A friend of mine didn't wait and a lot of her hair fell out so she had to wear wigs for awhile, so now I know personally that it is well worth the wait.

I had a friend who re-died her hair three times in one day, because she couldn't find what she wanted and nothing happened, but it can be bad for your haor if you dye it too many times.

specific that's plausible . you will desire to usually wait 3-6 weeks . Your hair texture would desire to be diverse than mine yet all hair is going to enable itself pass. you will likely have uneven ends.
