You have a few choices depending your lifestyle and fur-parenting style.
My huge black lab use to sleep with us, but we never him get away with pushing on us, and anytime he got in the way we'd gently push him until he either moved out of the way or got out of the bed. As he got bigger he started sleeping at the foot or the side of the bed. To encourage him to stay close to the bed I'd often lay in bed with my hand hanging down and pet him until I got tired and rolled over. This last bit has come back to haunt me. I often find him under foot when I try to get out of bed. He's a good boy and gets up pretty quick, but I don't just jump out of bed anymore.
That is basically the stand your ground and let him do what he wants method.
Other things that work are crate training while you sleep, or simply shutting him out of your room. Also if you simply gently kick the dog off while saying no anytime you find him on the bed he'll stop doing it.
Big dogs are great. Ours is 7 and very well behaved. We didn't train him much, but he has pretty good manners and only wants to please.
Dominance is the key to happy living with a dog. Dogs either need a leader the respect, if you don't assert your dominance over the pup when he is young you may regret it later, especially with a big dog. All you have to do is firm with the pup and he'll follow your lead in most cases.

other than crating and blocking him from the room like another persons suggestions theres not much else. once a dog has a bed claimed its what they use. theyre attached mostly bc their smell is there. try the crating for a while, buy him a bed to put in it...or lock him out of your room with the new dog bed...get him used to that and try letting him back in your room with the bed and see if he will sleep on that and youll still have your pal near by!

umm, yeah. Husband has a rotti, she likes to crawl between us and puch me in the floor. Get the puppy a nice bed and let it sleep next to the bed, otherwise you'll have 120 pounds kicking you in the side til u hit the floor

Dogs are part of a pack and as so, there is a pecking order. This is a sign of dominence or of your dog seeing himself as being the alpha dog.
Make a nice bed out of a comforter on the floor for him and you may have to remove him several times the first night before he gets the idea.
Also, to ensure he realizes you are the alpha dog in your pack, don't leave food down all day. Feed him at set times so he sees that you are the one providing the food for him. Don't play tug of war with him. Everyone thinks it's funny but when they win, which they will occassionally, they see it as confirmation that they are the dominent one.
That all being said, when I was single, I had a 130lb dog and she slept with me in a double bed and took the majority of it. But it was nice to have her there...always with her back touching me to ensure I didn't move out of the bed unknow to her, although the snoring was really loud at times!
Good luck.

just get a crate and put it right beside your bed, and when you go to bed you say to your puppy " time for bed" or "go to bed" or "into bed" and have the puppy walk in the crate. close the door and you go to bed. do this every night and the puppy will get into a routine. this crate should not be used for punishment , it should only be used as their bed. once the routine is established, you wont have to save anything and your puppy will go right in. It work for my puppy

Why should he get off the bed, it's more comfy than his. Maybe he wants you to sleep on his doggy bed!
