I have known this guy for about 4 years now and have been just friends. I just began to have feelings for him this year. We talk alot at school and online but can't tell if he likes me. What do I do wait for him to ask me out or just go for it and ask him out ? I want to be the girl and wait for him but if I wait to long some one elso might try to date him. What do I do ?

depends on how well you know him. If you know him well enough, ask.
If you don't, give it some time and don't be too aggressive or he will go running.
definitely talk to himand see how he responds. if he blows you off, drop him. if he responds nicely, go further. whatever you do, don't be too aggressive and don't show that you really like him- guys get scared when girls do this- they like to be the ones that chase
