I've had them many times and they've helped. Once or twice they were detrimental but on the whole they were good for me. A needle in the neck is not something to write home about but, if it's going to work? what the heck.

If it fails can result in paralysis!
Acupuncture is the only treatment for it. Eventhen try south pole of a strong magnet on pain site or better visit us if possible.

The most positive thing I have heard was it helped for a short while. I also heard the cortisone damages tissue. But that is all hearsay.
