We love it here in the u-k, so much so, that a lot of our County`s have cheeses named after them.

Yes,I LOVE cheese in fact Colby and Monterrey jack cheese are my favorites also called co-jack cheese!! ;-) I love cheese on my Ritz crackers,on tops of noodles,and of course I love lots of cheese on my lasagna and pizza too!! ;-)
