when austrailin crickets (weta) are frozen why don't they die but when humans are they die explain why.

Well I don't know the particular biology of Australian crickets. I believe it has something to do with sugars dissolved in the water they consist of, causing it not to crystallize, therefor not puncturing their cell walls. Humans have not yet evolved this ability.
