no, not assault. maybe sexual harrassment, if you can prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that it was truly NOT an accident. for example, if the guy has a past of doing this, it would be easy to convict. if it was a first time offence, or the guy is clean, or the guy is respected and not known to be like this, it won't hold. most likely IF you take this guy to court, he'll be slapped on the wrist and told not to do it again. sorry.

Start yelling at him "You pervert!". Make a scene, embarrass and humiliate him to the nth degree. In my books that constitutes assault. Now we have had real accidents before but the "tries to feel" part isn't an accident.

Depending on the law in your state, it could be battery, offensive touching, even a form of attempted rape (not likely to get a conviction but it can fit some definitions).

it could all be in your head you know. i think it's assualt if he bumps you, and starts a squeezin and a feelin. looking for his keys perhaps maybe? but beyond that i would consider it an accident - unless this is a daily occurance, or does it with other people.

Its called PERVERT!! I think I would probably smack the guy but Im not very nice sometimes. Nobody should ever touch you where you dont want them to and it is a crime if they do!
