I think it's like a justification to people that you're a likeable. Not that that's right...but it's true. It also provides a source of conversation.

Thats tough cause it could go either way. Ill use myself as an example. When i was single i was a big flirt and everyone hung around me and wanted to talk to me and get to know me. But now that im in a strong relationship, ive attracted a new type of people. More mature, and others in relationships. Helps in double dating and sharing what you and your bf/gf do on the weekends. Im not sure if im answering this properly but i hope it helps! good luck with your project

Well, I do think that some adults consider the younger generation Inexperienced and stupid. And when they are in a relationship, I do think some adults Consider us Reckless and not very smart.. Some automatically think that teenage couples are 'having sex' and that we arent being smart about it... And some view it as responsibiulity, and accept the idea easyer.. But it really matters who you talk to

I think so, I am in my teen years and in my peer group I was always excepted but I never felt like they wanted me there. Then me and one of them started liking each other and all of the sudden I was one of them. I was allowed to hang out with all the "cool" people. so I do think being involved in a relationship influences being socially excepted.

I think it depends in the group your in. Some groups get together as cuples and your left out if you dont have someone. Some other groups just are more interested in having fun and dont want to worry about guys.
It depends on the group completely.

not necessarily.
like, two nerds could hook up and they might still not be socially accepted (no offense to nerds, really.)

I mean, that shouldn't be a reason to be in a relationship.
If you want to be socially accepted, go out and make some friends.

Although most cultures view it that way, not all are. Some cultures see teenagers as adults.
