Did you play with Barbies? I had tons of them, and until someone pointed it out when I was older, I didn't even realize that Barbie had the "ideal figure." Teach her that a Barbie is just a doll, that is not how women are meant to look, and she will do just fine. When she gets older, it will be something you have in common with her.

Looking at the Barbies that my kids have as opposed to the ones I did, they seem a little more proportionate than they used to. And Barbie does so many cool things.
Compared to Bratz, Barbie looks downright puritan.

With our two girls we got some clothes from a thrift store and some old costumes and put them in a trunk. We raised them with the idea that dressing up and BEING barbie is alot better than playing with some dolls. They loved it and we saved hundreds on dolls :)

Having new toys might ceertainly divert her interest. You gave her the hint which you will possibly enable her to dispatch of the previous play residing house with the help of asking her that question. provide a splash time and he or she'll hire the play residing house AND the hot toys. it extremely is amazingly substantial because of fact at age 4 newborn progression remains on height degree. and permit the newborn's innovations to artwork it out. I propose do no longer do away with the play residing house and enable her play with the two. be conscious her techniques of ways she performs the two. in this variety you will comprehend extra the character and character of your newborn. Then instruction manual her of the accepted do's and don'ts.

I feel that Barbies are appropriate but I don't agree with the Bratz line of dolls and etc. I feel that the Bratz dolls portray bad attitudes and they aren't allowed in my home.
