did you mean "sounds" normal. it depends on your height. go to a website where you can get a free bmi number- if you're really small in height then it might be too much, if you're really tall it might be too little. or it might be just right. the bmi number site should have a range that'll tell you what's normal and what isn't.
also, keep in mind that lean muscle weighs more than fat. if you look in the mirror and your body doensn't look overweight then it's very likely that you're not. honestly though, scales don't tell you anything. you could lose three pounds of fat and gain five pounds of lean muscle, but the scale would said that you gained two pounds.

depends how old and tall you are.
if you are in ur early teens then u r fine
but if you are 15 & up you could gain a few if you wanted
older than 25.....you need help =]
