I want to donate my hair after I grow it out the damage parts However, here's my problem. My hair is slightly damaged because of all the stupid stuff I've been doing to it.

I was suppose to grow my hair out a long time ago but now I'm serious. I know I need to grow out the damaged hair, but how do I do it. I wish I would've left my hair alone when it was long and healthy.

Anyway, what can I do to grow out the damage hair, so my healthy can be what I donate ? Any tips will be appreciate. I don't have he shave my head do I ???? :O

Oh NO! I didn't mean that I will donate my damaged hair. I meant that I will grow out my hair and cut it off. After cutting off the damge part I would grow it out more then donate it.

Have your hair trimmed every 2-3 months. Use a repairing shampoo and conditioner. "Paul Mitchell" makes a great product. Also use their "Super Skinny" treatment. it really helps dry and damaged hair. Go to your local Paul Mitchell salon they will help you . Once your hair grows out you can donate your hair to "Locks of Love". They usually take lengths of 6 inches and longer. It's a wonderful thing you are going to do by donating your hair.

Go to the hair stylist and ask them to cut off the damaged part and then let it grow out. Do not use a hair dryier or irons on it. Do not proces it. Take a multivitamin.

The hair can't be damaged to be used for wigs. I suggest cutting the damage portions off and letting it grow.

How long is your hair? if it's more than 10 inches long, just cut off the damaged part. You don't need a handful of hair all exactly 10 inches long, as long as most of them are long enough, they will probably accept it.

If you trim your hair slightly, your can probably get better hair. And make sure you eat plenty of protein too.

Locks of love won't accept hair that is processed with permanant hair color or perms. Only semi permanent color. Your hair has to be 10 inches long or more. All you can do is grow it out and cut off the damage as you go.

Cut it in a style that will remove allot of the damage and then just let it grow.
