You can either warm it in the oven @ 350 a hour for every pound usually.put a little water in the bottom of the pan and make home made gravy with home made mashed potatoes or the easy thing to do wish is cheap and very good and makes quite a bit is either slice or cube the ham, a head of cabbage, chopped. Large bag of baby carrots, peeled and cut in half or quartered potatoes depending on size and celery salt. Cover with water and boil till carrots are done add celery salt to taste. Plus it freezes real well.

Invite people over for a dinner party! There will probably still be ham leftover. There are lots of great things you can make with ham. Just look at epicurious.com (link below). You can put it in a quiche, an omelette, on a pizza, in a pasta sauce, etc. Lots of options - just depends on what else you like.

Preferably with a salad and veggies. :-)

Seriously, if it's a fresh ham, I'd serve it hot with potatoes and sauerkraut.

If it's a smoked ham (pink meat like from the deli) I'd serve it heated with any veggies you prefer, or just slice it for sandwiches, or for breakfast, served with eggs.

When you get down to about one third left, you can cut the meat off the bone in chunks, separate the bones, and use the meat and bones for soup. I like lentils and split green peas for the soup, but it's good as a bean soup base as well.

well you could heat it in your oven at 350 until it gets hot, make sure u add a little water in the bottom of the pan so that it dont burn. you can make an omelette with it. chop off some slices of it and put in a frying pan and add a little bit of water, and mix it with brown sugar, and some syrup. freeze it. make scalloped potatos and put ham in it. make a sandwich spread.

Sandwiches, cut it up and make omelettes, or put it on a pizza with some pineapple, serve it as a main course with some mashed potatoes and green beans.
