She's pregnant agian and I don't want her to kill him/her she's not even aborting them she's murdering them she's did time for it ,and spent time in a home but i just need some advice on how to talk to her. (THIS QUESTION IS VERY SERIUOS SO PLEASE BE SERIOUS WITH YOUR ANSWERS, PLEASE.)

Does your sister have a counselor? I would probably alert her Dr. in some way about what shes done in the past , and maybe you could call the local childrens service office , the police or even the prosecutor who prosecuted her before. Apparantly your sisters punishment wasn't severe enough for the first two murders, probably because she was a minor, but now shes a legal adult and needs some serious help!! I don't know if "talking to her" would help her any because i'm sure she was "talked to" after the first murder and it didn't help because she done it again! Maybe if you alerted childrens services about the situation maybe they would take this child from her as soon as she has it. I don't even know what else to tell you to do, i wish i could help you in some way because the baby deserves to have a chance at life and she shouldn't even get the privilege of even seeing the baby!! If my sister had already murdered two of her children and was pregnant again, I would immediately file with the court to take custody of the child after its birth. I would also look into committing her for the term of her pregnancy so that she could not harm her unborn child. I know this may sound harsh, she may have done time for her crime, but in my opinion, if you murder your children, you forfeit the right have children. There would be no talking to her, just immediate action to insure the safety of the unborn child. If I was not able to take custody the child myself, I would contact child services and let them know that she is pregnant again and need to re-open her case file. If she has truly murdered her children, there has got to be a file on her at child services and I'm sure they would want to know about her current situation. I answered this question honestly, so I hope this is not some kind of joke. It's not something you joke about.

Your sister needs help and you are not going to be able to do it on your own. If she is willing to give birth to the baby she needs to give the child up for adoption. I'm sure there are people with the court and the home she stayed at can offer you some help in getting her the psychological help she needs and to set up an adoption. You can suggest that she gets her tubes tied after this one which can be reversed if some day she decides to be a true loving mother. Good luck I wish I could offer you more help.

Wow, that is a very serious situation. She needs to have that baby taken away, either given to a family member or put the baby up for adoption. I can not believe she is even allowed out after killing her babies. I would call someone as soon as possible and let them know this case.

I'm very sorry that this has happened...
Do you have the means of taking care of the child yourself?
Could you become the child's mother?
Granite it would take time to adopt but that is a better option than killing a child...
that's horrible how your sister could do something so gruesome...i'm truly sorry for the loss of your niece or nephew
Even adoption would be a good option because there are plenty of mothers that are not able to have children but really want them.

If you remember the name of the prosecutor that put her in jail, I would call him and let him know. she may have something in her sentencing that says she isn't allowed to get pregnant again. If not, let the department of childrens services know and they will tell you who to contact if they can't help you. She should be watched very carefully and when the baby is born, it should be taken away.

I think you know what to do? She kill two. You have to take her to court. They will help you. You said she did time, For how long? She is a murder, killing her children is so,so wrong.
She have to be in for long,long time.

just tell her the truth. sometimes people understand when loved ones need to tell their feelings. i agree, it is dangerous for those poor children to be abused like that. if you want my advise, tell her, it would be better than just sitting there watching her murder your niece or nephew. if you fell scared about showing your feelings, e mail or i.m. your sister.

Tell the authorities so she can be watched and when this pregnancy is over make sure she's sterilized.
