get 8 hours of sleep everyday.
make sure you do.

dont be an owl and stay up late.

your height will suffer if you dont get the minimum amount of sleep.

and of course have a healthy diet.

Looks have a large turn in a person's life. The outward form of an individual is perfect in the eyes of the world when every feature is put together in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of them, height plays a significant role.
Height is not only lots is among the pivotal conditions in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the safety power, wooing some one, getting a work or perhaps bolstering one's confidence therefore, if you wish to be a little bit taller you just have to make use of this plan https://tr.im/jnze5 , grow taller 4 Idiots.

genetics plays an important role buddy, but I 'd say you can have some 2-4 inches if you try out what I say.I am 5"11.5 and that mainly coz I play Rugby for some years now.Just try to do the follwoing fo the next 4 years daily: 1.Do a lot of jump ropes. 2.Drink a lot of protein shakes or protein bars. 3.Do swimming(atleast 4 times per week if possible under a good instructor) 4.if you are obese and ur BMI has rocketed then this swimming will help you greatly but it should be clubbed with some aerobics or cardios. 5.Buy a cycle, and ride in your cycle to all the nearby places.Just raise the seat such that you barely able to touch the pedals when its at the bottom most part. But make sure you have control. Also be safe.Just have good brakes and control all the times. 6.if possible,Join a basket ball team or just practice it.(some may say that you are 18 and cannot grow.Just don't give your ears to them.If you are focused you'll achieve it. But you should be dedicated and put 100% committment.

I had the same problem as you when I was playing soccer. You can't make your body grow more as it is all down to genetics, but chances are you are still growing.

If you have trouble taking taller players on get some muscle bulk and that should help too. Being short makes you closer to the ground which = faster runner and lower centre of gravity, both things are very useful.

If you still find it a problem get some boots with high studs and that will give you a couple more cm on dry ground.

If you're only 13 good news is you're probably still growing. There are procedures where they break your leg bones and insert pins and the new bone will grow and it might give you maybe 2" more, but the procedure is very risky and alot to go through for just an inch or two. Other than that, being in zero gravity (such at outer space) makes you a little taller, but once you return to normal gravity you'll shrink back down.

im 13 and 5' 7'' and heigth is just in my family. when you are tall your feet must be large to support your body so you might be stunting your growth by wearing tennis shoes and socks too often. go bare foot every now and then.
