I'm guessing you mean Yorkshire Terrier? They are pretty pricey dogs in general. There are some rescues, but most of them are older dogs and may have medical issues. Also they are terriers and can have some attitude.
You can check on Craig's list and other places as well as local rescues.
Be careful of dogs from poor breeders or back yard breeders. Look for a health guarantee and if the person does CERF testing. Many Yorkies are bred in horrible puppymills and if you support them you support that cruelty.
Are you prepared for the expenses of a dog? If you are worried about the cost of the dog, can you afford to feed the dog well (no Dog Chow or Ol' Roy or other similar foods, a really GOOD food like Innova or even home cooked) and to do the dental work a small dog like that will need? Brush the dog's teeth? Things like that. I have to say that the word 'cheap' grates on me...a life should never be cheap.

Why don't you contact your local animal shelter/rescue group?

Go to: http://www.mypetnanny.info/PD/Rescues/AT/dogs_rescues.htm#Y and see if you can find one in your area.
