For about 6 days now, I have had this stomach discomfort. I wouldn't call it pain, but it is somewhat bothersome. It is almost like a gassy, burning feeling. I am not vomiting and I don't have diarrhea, and there is no severe pain, or fatigue, or any other symptoms, but I don't know what it is. There is a lot of people sick with a stomach virus around me, so maybe that is it?

I am 15, so I don't think it would be cancer.

It may be just what you describe, gas. While gas is something we produce naturally it can cause at time great discomfort and in some cases down right pain. I understand you say it is not pain but it is enough to cause you discomfort. I recommend talking with your parents and having them take you to see your family doctor of course if your symptoms get worse you should have your parents take you to an urgent care center or emergency department

Discomfort and burning, with no nausea or fever? Honey, you have heartburn. Try an over the counter antacid. Take it 20 minutes before a meal, and the problems should clear up. Good luck!

Best person that could answer that is a doctor. Go to the nearest clinic or hospital and have yourself checked.

Go to a doctor! This could be an ulcer starting up on you! Or worse! A professional will be better to diagnose what is going on! Serisously!
