Let get these things going!?

I have 4 kidney stones left after lithotrispy surgery. They are all in the upj of the ureter and I need them out before I go on vaction in 1 week. I'm drinking a ton. Any other advice?

Keep drinking and stay active. They only move when they want. Good Luck!!!
