I've found that Crest Whitestrips work really well and don't seem to increase sensitivity. I also really like the Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse. Its great to wash your mouth out and whiten simultaneously after a coffee or something.

The whitening strips work great. You can buy the generics for around 20 dollars. If you are afraid of your teeth becoming sensitive, only use them once a day or once every other day. You should be fine. Also, don't buy the dissolving strips, they tend to dissolve to quickly...the non dissolving types work much better.

Oh i know what you mean.
I used to never brush my teeth when i was little. Now I do all the time, and I use Crest White Strips. They are around $30 but my teeth seem to be getting whiter. I keep forgetting to use them though. And dont worry about how nasty they feel in your mouth.
The first time is the worst, but the rest you get used to.

I contacted a orthodontic laboratory in Maryland Orthofabrications and they sent me a kit to my home and I made my own impression and sent it back to them and they made me pro trays to use on my teeth they look like invisible retainers that you add a dental grade whitener in. They kick *** cause I can use them over and over. I found orthofabrications on My-space the owner is very nice he walked me through the process it was simple. My sister ordered one from them too but only because she thinks the owner is hot go figure anyway hope this helps.

all whitening product contain high amounts of hydrogen peroxide which cause sensitivity, so all whitening products would definitely cause it, i've used this new product thats not out in the market yet called Opalesence, it really works and works fast, but gives extremely horrible sensitivity.....which lasts for a whole day even !! i've used rembrandt, which was even worse, crest white strips are next in line for me to try....

my dentist says that unless you are over 18 you REALLY shouldnt use white strips because you will have very sensitive teeth and will have to have them pulled out if you dont take really good care of them. whitening toothpaste DOESNT work at all but i use it to make myself feel better about my teeth
