It's possible. But it is also possible it will not be built. If you truly believe in Christ and you are truly praying for this, it might. But if you don't believe and you are praying for this, I highly doubt it. You can't come to God everytime YOU WANT something, and ignore Him the rest of the time.

God's kinda picky about who he will build roller-discos for.
I think the bible says something about that. If I remember right, you only get a roller-disco after burning the children and grandparents of five or more non-believers. I could be wrong on that. But I know I'm pretty close. Maybe it's stoning.
