first of all when in doubt throw them out you might kill yourself ,or someone , i am a recovering addict i used for forty years, i have been clean for three years , the only place it took me was in my own mind some place to solve my problems, finally i ended after years was, jails, mental institutions,and very close to death, im only try to help you but no matter what i say or do will change what to do, but with all my heart and soul ,i use to tell people,leave me alone ill do what i want to, and to tell the truth idid everything under the sun, even alcohol is a drug,i lost friends, relatives, and i didnot care to keep, a long story short ,when i quit everthing i lost my useing friends and relatives that did use with i had to detox 10 days and all the reasons i hid from by using, came down like a wall of bricks, i was so emotionally unstable, no one and i mean no one, can recover for anyone but them selfs, even all the horror comes back from the past,mental,physical, and sexual abuse i tell you i was an emoional wreck, i have short term memory loss, i could not recovery for mom dad, sisters brothers,even for the person iloved with all my heart and soul, iwas only able to recover because a seed was planted in me by other addicts,or alcoholics and a higher power of my own understanding, i moved from city to city to start again and from relationship to relationship i was in loved 14 people they all could not be wrong and myself guilty because of my addiction, please flush those pills for your own sake PLEASE.

500 mg acetaminophen and 38 mg diphenhydramine - generic Tylenol PM
don't take it if it's not yours.

They might be Aderol. The ADD pill. But maybe not.
