Drink less.
In the event that you do drink too much , have lots of water before bed and a few b-vitamins if you have them.
The best cure however is always prevention.
Know and respect your limits. one drink per hour.

Sleeping and Panadol if you have that and know what it is and drink lots of water and dont drink so much alcohol you cant really prevent hangovers though but they are over once you have had a good night sleep the next day usually you feel better.

Why would you get a hangover in the first place.? Alcohol is a toxic substance to your body. The best remedy would be, to discontinue the use of alcohol, and there will be no more hangovers. This however, is your personal choice, and I hope you are able to make it, and it will be the very best decision you have made for your health.

Ive heard that you should take 800mg of ibiprofen before drinking alcohol and then when you are done drinking have a glass of water. Most times there is no hangover. You may still feel slightly sluggish the next day but that is better than being sick.

A lot of people have hangovers after drinking because of dehydration. If you can drink some water before going to bed, and not throw it up, that should help.

Drink plenty of water & try some dried toast when you get home. Maybe drink a glass of water inbetween your drinks.
