I have experienced it Yes. But I have also experencied the love of God working through others.

Even so we love our enemies and do good to those who use and persecute us.

Hey Hier_ to_ Christ,
Yes. All the time! Sometimes it makes my head spin! Good One Bro.
And here's a (few) scriptures right back at 'ya

John 15:18-25
18 "If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.
20 Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.
21 They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me.
22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin. 23 He who hates me hates my Father as well.
24 If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both me and my Father.
25 But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: 'They hated me without reason.'

May God bless you richly!

It really didn't come home to me how very much hostility there is toward Christians before I got into the internet.
Naive child that I was, I ambled into a Yahoo chat room labeled AvsC....and very quickly learned exactly what the world thinks of Christians.
My mind is still reeling......

I was listening the Bible CD in the car about the Revelations. World will hate us but it hated Jesus too, so no servant is better than Master. We can expect that to happen. He took the nails for me. I can take little personal insults.

Jesus said marvel not that the world hate you, it has hated me. So no I dont marvel or get upset. One day people will learn not to hate becauseof race , color or creed, we will just dislike them for their own miserable self.

That's true. When, oh when, will America elect an openly Christian president?
