Get some extra virgin olive oil and put it all over your hair. Put a shower cap over your head and warm a towel in the dryer. Wrap the towel around the shower cap. Do this a couple of times so the oil really penetrates the folicle. When finished, wash and condition with Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner for permed/color treated hair. Should be the pink bottle, but it is the best stuff.

I suspect that you color your hair, and the chlorine got to it. My daughter has the same problem. If that's not the case, still do the following: wash your hair with a moisturizing shampoo. I'd use Pantene for dry hair, then Pantene's Ice conditioner, and then after the shower; ALWAYS use a light leave-in conditioner. If you can afford more expensive products, then use Frederick Fekkai from Sephora. His Shea butter hair line is to die for, and it will solve your problem. Good Luck!
