You just need to find the right girl. A smart one that realizes that it IS what's inside that really matters.

By showing her that you care and will care for her. Another thing is to start out slow by just talking and finding what your dislikes and likes are, and if she still wont see you for the inside then she is not worth it.

to be honest, a lot of girls are shallow, especially if they don't know you well
however, if you want a girl to like you just for who you are inside, you must talk to her and let her see your personality
I've definitly liked guys just for their personality, and not for the way they look
