How come when you shave your privates, it itches like crazy when it grows back?

But when you shave your legs and they grow back, it doesn't itch?

Hahaha, because new hairs are breaking through the surface.

Use Remmington Personal Shaver, (battery operated) It costs about $15.00 and you can buy it @ Wal*Mart. (I promise you, no more itching when the hair grows back). :)

I think it's because it's just a more irritable area, and the hair is thicker
