We can be confident that if we do good, and believe, that our reward is sure. You should read a bit more about Jesus before you say such things.

The Bible says: “I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life” (1 John 5:13). Suppose you were standing before God right now and He asked you, “Why should I let you into Heaven?” What would you say? You may not know what to reply. What you need to know is that God loves us and has provided a way that we can know for sure where we will spend eternity. The Bible states it this way: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

The Bible says if you accept God into your heart and ask forgiveness you will go to Heaven. There is no violation.

It is not a direct violation. Because of this bible verse. (I see you didn't have a location found in the bible) Here's my location.
Romans 10:13 for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

This is how you can know that you are saved!

The Bible also says this,

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deed were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light and will not come to the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God." John 3:16-21

Believe in Jesus pass judgement. Don't believe in Jesus you stand guilty already. I believe God when he says believing in his Son you stand not condemned. You are right God does know who is going to Heaven and He makes it very clear in these verses that the only ones who will receive heaven are those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

No, that is not true. The Bible does not say that only God knows who goes to heaven.

13 I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life
1 John 5:13 (NIV)

No violation, God doesn;t want us walking around in the dark! That's His promise. Read Romans chapter 10 for starters.
By the way, I've never read that in my bible.

you need to read a bit more, and not so selectively-since your question applies to Christians, here's what Christ said on the topic...'for God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.' He also said "he who believes in Him is not judged; but he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God'...any questions? it's really no more complicated than that-people can play any form of word games and circular logic puzzles they wish, but being a Christian boils down to following Christ, believing that He is who He said He was, and practicing His teachings...

The thing we are judged on is what we did with His Son. If you have received Him as Savior and Lord, you are saved. That is a promise from God. He is faithful to fulfill His promise. (John 3:18)

For those who do not have Jesus as Savior and Lord, they will be judged for what they did on earth. One sin is all it takes to be condemned. (Romans 6:23)

Jesus' followers will be judged for their works after salvation to determine what rewards they will receive from God. (I Corinthians 3:12-15)

There are two different judgements, and you have confused the two. I am very sure that I am going to Heaven, because I am born again by the Spirit of God.
