Who was happy that Carl Edwards won today? I sure was!!! I was running around my basement and screaming my butt off!!! Give me your thoughts on the race. GO CARL GO!!!

Ya, I didn't see his backflip either. They cut it and went to a commercial break and then went to my local news. But then an hour later, I turned on the ESPN news and I saw Carl's flip and his interview.

I was so happy that Carl won today was my birthday party so I was really happy I was jumping up and down for about 30 laps I thought he was going to loose the lead to Matt. Also that win helped his points lead grow I just hope he can win tomorrow that would make me extremely happy and it would make a good birthday weekend. I LOVE CARL EDWARDS! You could have seen his back flip on ESPN NEWS it was a good one!

I know that my username says that I am a Dale Jr fan, but I am also a fan of many other drivers and Carl Edwards is one of them.
I am sooo happy to see that Carl got his first win of the season...many more are to come for sure! I'm so mad at ABC for not showing the backflip...it's been way too long since we saw him do a backflip and leave it to ABC not to show it. Thankfully Nascar.com has it there.
When we got to 3 laps to go, I was so sure that Kyle Busch was gonna catch Carl cause Kyle had such a strong car, thankfully Matt Kenseth was behind Carl and was able to keep Kyle away. I got all shakey when I saw Carl cross that finish line in first place. Man...I was sooo happy that I started jumping up and down in my room.
Anyways...congrats to Carl and his team for their first win of the season. And here's to many more great finishes and backflips to come!

Yay! I'm so happy for Carl! He really needed that win. He always works so hard each race to get the best position he can, and it finally payed off. Now everybody can see how skilled and talented Carl really is...and by the way, his backflip was awesome! I love it when he flips!

I am glad he won, but sad that they didn't show the backflip! He was getting out of the car when they cut programming. I know they were running long, but they could have waited another 30 seconds! It's been a while since Carl has flipped!

I'm happy as hell. Carl is super way genuine GOOD and SMART. He's gonna win the Busch series this year which is his intention......
.....Cousin of Kenny Schrader yet made his way into Nascar all by himself. Gotta respect that.
I live 10 minutes from where Schrader and all the Wallace's went to high school.
Last fall my sister flew solo to Columbia Mo. where Carl's from. Used the restroom, then flew back home to St. Louis. Has nothing to do with the question but thought that was neat enough in itself.
Did I mention I'm a Carl Edwards fan.........................

That is sooooo cool ! Thnks for telling me. I didn't see the race today. I'm so glad he won! I love Carl Edwards, he's a very good driver. Needless to say, I didn't see the trademark backflip either. Maybe he'll win tomorrow & we get to see it live!!

I didn't watch the race, but when I went to NASCAR.com to chek who had won. I got happy to see the picture of Carl edwards doing his back flip. He is such a cutie

stupid abc had to get their local news on, missed the backflip, which made me pretty mad. the race was good, i was happy to see Carl win, except that one inicident where he turned Kyle. but other than that i was happy.

i was glad he won and i was wondering if the guy growing the beard gets to shave now that he won or if thats just for the cup race because he said he would not shave until he won again and i was wondering if the busch race counts for the poor guy.
