HPV is a sexually transmitted disease, genital warts are associated with HPV as is cervial cancer.

There are wart viruses that live in your body, you might have warts that are not due to the HPV virus, but only a doctor will know for sure.

If you suspect you have warts, get to your OB/gyn(women) or urologist(men).
