Are you as outraged as I am right now? We beat ourselves and choked like we always do. Doesn't help that this game was in California, but whatev. I guess we can pray for the same starting line-up next year...a little more experience, get some good freshmen, more depth. Always next year, right?!

Hi - Uhm, I don't know where you're getting your stats, but Kansas won in 1952 and 1988.

Diaz - There are no seniors on the team, so no one is graduating...maybe going to the NBA, bot not graduating...

space boy - Sorry, dude, but just because UCLA won doesn't mean that they're the better team and I think deep down you know that. I hope you REALLY enjoyed that win because Florida is going to tear you up....

I believe the problem is that expectations for Kansas were sky high, with the talking heads all picking Kansas as being just too tough and deep for UCLA. The first ten minutes it appeared that Kansas would blow the Bruins off the court, but then UCLA found their game. It was a great game by two great teams, only suprise was I predicted UCLA 68 Kansas 65, not realizing Kansas would miss quite so many shots. Go Ducks, Go Bruins, Go PAC 10!

Thats right baby. Id love to see UCLA come to Kansas City and play in the Hawks backyard. They shouldnt feel bad. They had an outstanding team this year and will have an even better one next year. And Hi...They have 4 National Championships. Do some research. Kansas has no seniors this year Diaz. Do some research.

Hey Kansas fans, UCLA didn't beat you in their backyard (Westwood), that might have been worse....Look you ran up against a better team today, 3 days ago maybe Kansas would have won. Both basketball programs are legendary, the beauty of the tournament is you have to play the game on the court and that's how the winner is decided. The bad part is their can only be one winner and a lot of good teams, coaches and players lose......For you Kansas fans seriously ROCK, CHALK, TALK, JAYHAWK......Go KANSAS

And remember you lost to a very good team UCLA was #1 for over 6 weeks of the season....!!!!!!

I'm a huge Pitt fan, i feel your pain. i really think that UCLA playing in Cali was unfair because they were a Number 2 seed. That's ashame because i had Kansas beating UCLA before i realized they were playing in Cali. The term Home court advantage really works because look UCLA didn't have to leave the their state at all. Good Luck next season Jayhawk's!
As far as seedings next year let's put the Bruins in the East or South brackets to see how good they really are.

None of the players are graduating this year. Wright will be graduating early, but that'll be after next years season. I don't think any of them will be trying to go to the NBA this year.

As far as their play tonight... It was horrible. We weren't outplayed by UCLA, we just plain didn't play. The open shots a foot from the basket should fall every time. And those free throws.... they need to do something about that.
I'm so sad...

Many teams play poorly against UCLA. Do you think that's a coincidence? Indiana couldn't buy a hoop in the first half, Pitt missed shots, Kansas "choked". Three times in a row leads me to believe UCLA had something to do with that. Maybe this will help you sleep better tonight: you didn't beat yourself, WE BEAT YOU. And we'll be better next year, so we'll stay in Cali with a number 1 seed next time.

no...im not outraged!...UCLA was the better team tonight...kansas miss TOO many chances from up close...you did see the stats right?....both teams were excelent on defense....i think kansas had more steals than ucla...anyways...both of these team are heading no where but straight up !!!!!.....neither team had a senior on its team, wich tells alot about there talent and coach!!!...ucla could of easily had been a #1 seed

Wow, no way they have the same lineup for next season. Right now it looks like Brandon Rush, Julian Wright, and Sasha Kaun ( graduating) will all be leaving. So the Jayhawks lineup will look nothing like this years team.

Yes there is always next year.....Hopefully we'll do better.
See I wasn't allowed to watch the game.....my sister called me as soon as half time came around...'Are you watching the game?' (i had it on for 2 seconds to check the score) so I told her....she said "its your fault...turn it off and if you want to know the score call me!!!!" Don't ask me....lol
