Hmmm, how to relate this to Religion and Spirituality.

Lemme think.

Okay, I got it ... Have you ever actually cut into a huge block of cheese? No? Most people today have not. When you use a flat knife to cut something as solid as cheese and as big as a block, it makes the same 'brrrrap' sound as passing gas. Long ago, this was common knowledge, but in today's society we do not; we don't understand a term almost everyone uses.

The same can be said in some Bible passages. Some of the writers used what was common verbage of that day, which no longer has meaning for us today. Like, "it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven".

I wonder what our future generations will think of the term used today "bling bling"?

Bacteria in the digestive tract is always the cause of gaseous eruptions. Cutting the cheese is just a pleasant way to describe the chemical reactions taking place in that region of your body. (Or I guess it's a pleasant way to describe it to some people. Personally, it makes me lose my appetite for cheese.)
