Lead with your breasts. Have your breasts touch him first, practice with an inanimate object first, so you don't look silly. (In front of a mirror or with a trusted friend - it will look funny) That's the only way I know to try to make a hug sexier without being obvious. This may not work if you're small chested. Practice to make it seem casual.

I only give sexy hugs and it can be very embarrassing if you get an unplanned hug from someone you are not supposed to be giving a sexy hug to but go on automatic pilot and do the sexy hug anyway.
Grab the butt and the neck in a nice way. Or both hands on both cheeks and pull closer. No gross pelvic motions!!! Just slow and nice.

try breathing on his neck or whispering something in his ear. Nothing sexy or special, just like "hey" or "see ya". Hold on alittle longer than a normal hug would, or keep your hands on him momentarily after the hug is over. Little things can make a big difference.

(I get reeeally long hugs out of this!!) make sure your not wearing a too much padded bra and lean in close enough to have your boobs brush his tummy or torso. He will usually hold you longer or put his head near your neck. Hope this works for you!!
