I was in the best relationship of my life, but I am finally coming to terms with the fact that it's over, and it's been over for a long time. This guy and I have been arguing for a year now, and I don't think it's coming back/ I know I need to move on, but I'm not sure how. Any ideas?

Well, all i can say is that i am very sorry that the best relationship of your life seemingly ended badly.......It pains me so much to see love blossum and then wilt.

Moving on is one of the toughest things that anyone can do......You invested so much time and effort into a relationship...... but if you plus that other person doesn't equal both of you being happy, then the equation isn't meant to be.

The first thing that you must do is stop kicking yourself: your relationship failed, not you. Learn from the lesson of your relationship, and then just stop thinking about the person, as that empowers 'not moving on' thoughts.

In the meantime, keep yourself busy by either doing things that you love, hanging out with friends, or finding a new hobby. If you have someone who you can confide in, and tell your problems, please do so.

Above all, remember that love will come around to you again. But, if you are looking BACK, you will miss it! Look forward, wear your best smile, and concentrate on getting the most from life. By doing so, you will attract many potential mates in your life, and ones who will be a part of the lifestyle that you need. The sort of person who will make you smile so much that your face will begin to hurt! He is out there waiting and searching fory ou, maybe even going through what you are going through right now. The sooner you move on, the sooner you will find a real, lasting love, and you deserve it!
